To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or any services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
